David is responsible for loan sales and trading and other strategic corporate initiatives. Clients include national, regional and community banks along with funds and insurance companies. David has priced and placed over $30 Billion in distressed and performing commercial and residential real estate and corporate debt in the secondary market. Mr. LeBlanc brings over 25 years of experience in loan sale advisory, commercial real estate finance and capital markets. Prior to joining DebtX, Mr. LeBlanc held various positions at Berkshire Mortgage Finance (now Deutsche Bank) in the CMBS and agency lending groups. David is a CFA charter holder.
